Local police joined the FBI's 9-month investigation, which involved electronic surveillance, undercover purchases and GPS devices attached to some of the suspects' vehicles. Police say they recovered four kilos of cocaine, eight guns and nearly $500,000 in cash. They also allegedly recovered kilo presses, cellphones and drug paraphernalia.

Eleven of those arrested now face federal charges and could spend life in prison.
