2 wounded in Morris Heights shooting at Sedgwick Houses on University Avenue

Police say one man is in serious condition after being shot in the leg, and another victim was grazed by a bullet.

THE BRONX - Investigators are trying to piece together an early morning shooting in Morris Heights that left two people wounded.

It happened at the Sedgwick Houses on University Avenue, near Featherbed Lane, at around 4:40 a.m.

According to police, one man was shot in the leg and is in serious condition at Saint Barnabas Hospital. They say a second victim was grazed by a bullet from the crossfire.
