Bill Bleyer
Along with colleague Paul LaRocco, I cover Oyster Bay Town, its 16 incorporated villages and the City of Glen Cove. My connection to Oyster Bay dates to when I was one year old and my mother bought a summer bungalow in Bayville. I have covered the town on and off for 38 years starting as a part-time reporter for an Oyster Bay weekly newspaper while in college, then as editor of the weekly, and then periodically in my 30 years at Newsday.
