PARAMUS - (AP) - Police have arrested three men and a woman on charges stemming from a robbery in a home in Paramus.
    
Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg said in a statement that the suspects smashed in a glass sliding back door of a home on Mill Run Wednesday.
    
Ehrenberg says two of the suspects overpowered the 67-year-old man who owns the home and tied him up with a phone cord. The chief says the suspects ransacked several rooms and fled.
    
The homeowner managed to free himself and alert police that the suspects had driven off in a red minivan with Virginia license plates.
    
Police chased the vehicle before arresting the suspects in Teaneck.
    
Their names have not been released.
