500 word autobiography
Up to 6 samples (copies) of published work
A letter from a school official stating the amount of credit you will earn through the internship and if an evaluation is required.

Deadlines:

Spring internships start in January. November 8th is the deadline for completed applications.

Fall internships start in September. May 31st is the deadline for completed applications.
