OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Only residents of Nassau and Suffolk counties and New York City are eligible to enter Newsday's "WIN A TRIP TO JOIN THE NY GIANTS IN PHOENIX" Sweepstakes (hereinafter the "Sweepstakes"). Entrants must be 25 years of age or older. Employees of Newsday (the "Sponsor"), the New York Giants, their parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates and their advertising or promotion agencies, or any other persons or entities directly associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of the immediate families of and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) ways to enter: Either 1. Purchase a copy of Newsday on Sunday, January 27, 2008 (Early Sunday Edition is available on Saturday, January 26 at select newsstands) and remove and save your peel-off ticket from the front page; Or 2. Obtain a free peel-off ticket at the south entrance of Newsday's main building located at 235 Pinelawn Road in Melville, NY or in the lobby of the building at 330 W. 34th St. in Manhattan between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 27, 2008. ONLY ONE TICKET PER NEWSPAPER AND PER PERSON OBTAINING A TICKET AT THE NEWSDAY LOCATIONS LISTED ABOVE. Then, log onto www.newsday.com/giantstix between 7:00 P.M. on Monday, January 28, 2008 and 12 P.M. on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 and follow the instructions posted there to see if your Ticket is one of the fifty (50) semi-finalist tickets. One (1) winning peel-off ticket number will be posted on www.Newsday.com/giantstix at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 29, 2008. The Winner will have 24 hours to present his/her winning ticket to Newsday at 235 Pinelawn Road in Melville, NY. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties, or for printing or numerical errors with regard to the peel-off tickets. By entering, contestants release the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the Sweepstakes entry, ownership or use of the prize, including without limitation any loss or injury to persons or property while on the premises of Newsday, whether or not caused by the negligence or intentional act of any employee or agent of Newsday, the Sweepstakes Entities or any other invitee.

3. PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to join the NY Giants for the Big Game in Arizona on February 3, 2008. Prize includes: a) round trip non-stop charter service for two (2) coach class via Big Blue III from JFK airport only. Departing New York (JFK) on Friday, February 1, 2008 and returning to New York (JFK) on Monday, February 4, 2008; b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double beds) from Friday, February 1, 2008 to Monday, February 4, 2008, c) the use of one (1) rental car for your entire stay; d) invitations to an evening cocktail party on Saturday, February 2, 2008 hosted by former football players; e) game day tailgate party, and f) two (2) tickets to the Big Game in Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday, February 3, 2008. Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. No other goods or services, including without limitation, meals, gratuities, taxes, and taxis, not described herein are included in the Prize Package. Approximate Retail Value of Prize is $12,000. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for prize delivery delays for any reason. No substitute prizes are available; however, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, award substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

4. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: A random drawing of fifty (50) semifinal numbers from among a pool of all eligible numbers will be conducted on or about January 28, 2008, and the fifty (50) semifinalist numbers will be posted on www.newsday.com/giantstix between 7:00 P.M. on Monday, January 28, 2008 and 12 P.M. on Tuesday, January 29, 2008. The grand prize winner will be selected from those semifinal numbers in a second random drawing and posted on www.Newsday.com/giantstix by Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. The holder of the Ticket with the winning number will have 24 hours to present their original ticket to Newsday and claim the prize. EACH TICKET HAS A UNIQUE NUMBER. IF MORE THAN ONE TICKET CONTAINING THE WINNING NUMBER IS PRESENTED, THE DECISION OF THE JUDGES IN REGARD TO THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE WINNING TICKET IS FINAL. If the potential winner does not come forward to present the original winning ticket on or before 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 30, 2008, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, or if the winner is unable to use the prize, an alternate winning number shall be chosen randomly from among the remaining semifinalist numbers and posted at www.newsday.com/giantstix , and the holder of the alternate winning number shall have 24 hours from 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 to present their original ticket to Newsday.. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned. All decisions regarding interpretation of these Official Rules and administration of the Sweepstakes made by Sponsor are final and binding.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) are the sole responsibility of winners. Prize winner and his/her guest will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 24 hours following winner notification. Sponsor may provide an Affidavit/Release to winner on arrival, or via fax. Non-compliance by either winner or guest may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize, prize notification, or Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities and their licensees and affiliates to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless and to the extent prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, without liability. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.

6. DISCLAIMERS: By entering, entrants agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all losses or injuries of any kind arising out of their acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of the prize, their participation in the Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant or third person's computer system related to or resulting from Sweepstakes and its prize. The Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction.

7. INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES.

8. GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes shall be governed and enforced pursuant to New York law, excluding choice of law provisions.

9. RULES/WINNERS' LIST: For an additional copy of these Official Rules or a prize winner listing, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope specifying which you are requesting, to: "WIN A TRIP TO JOIN THE NY GIANTS IN PHOENIX" Sweepstakes Prize Winner Listing, 235 Pinelawn Road, Melville NY 11747. All requests for rules and winners lists must be received by February 10, 2008.
