Accident blocks lane on Bronx River Parkway in Scarsdale

A one-car crash on the Bronx River Parkway in Scarsdale is causing traffic delays, Westchester County police said.

The accident, which was reported shortly after 8:15 a.m., occurred on the highway's northbound direction near Claremont Road. The right-hand lane remained blocked at 8:45 a.m.

Stop-and-go traffic is stretching back to Greenacres Avenue at Exit 16, according to reports.

The diver suffered minor injuries, though police were unable to provide further details.
