Bedford police are investigating a home burglary that occurred just before noon Monday in the town and ended in the victim's vehicle being stolen, police said.

A 19-year-old woman arrived home on Haines Road near Croton Lake Road to find a man inside the house, Lt. Jeffrey Dickan of the Bedford police said. The man fled, taking a cellphone and driving away in the woman's red Subaru, Dickan said. She called police at 11:55 a.m.

No one was injured.
