One of the most highly anticipated films of the year is coming to theaters Nov. 22: Jennifer Lawrence returns as Katniss Everdeen in "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire."

Biggest fall movies 2013

Truth may be stranger than fiction, and it seems almost as popular during this year's fall movie season. We'll see roughly a dozen major movies based on true stories that cover subjects as diverse as slavery, the AIDS epidemic, Formula One racing and the making of Walt Disney's "Mary Poppins." At this rate, the fantasy-action sequels to "The Hobbit" and "Thor" almost seem like rarities. Here are 34 of this fall's biggest movies -- and that's the truth. -- RAFER GUZMÁN
