HARTFORD - A bill to keep Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford is headed to Gov. Dannel Malloy's desk for his signature.

On Thursday, the state Senate approved a tax credit exchange deal. As part of the deal, Sikorsky's parent company, United Technologies, will get $400 million for improvements. Sikorsky will get $50 million of those funds.

The deal will keep Sikorsky in Stratford for at least the next five years.
