J. Michaels Tuscan Steakhouse in Northport has launched a new “executive” Sunday brunch, which runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. At $50 a person, it includes beverages -- bloody Marys, mimosas, Champagne cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and tea -- as well as made-to-order entrees, among them filet mignon with eggs, a custom omelet, Belgian waffles and croissant French toast with strawberries and Grand Marnier. There's also a “captain's table” with rolls, muffins, quiches, whitefish salad and other such items. The cost of the meal is $50 a person ($30 for anyone 12 and under).
Also going on at J. Michaels: Monday and Thursday night football, with a “game night” menu of $10 appetizers -- like a shrimp and lobster roll -- and $20 entrees, such as orange-glazed baby back ribs.
