It succeeds Peninsula at a corner location in downtown Bay Shore. You're still greeted by stone foo dogs and may walk into the dining room via a bridge atop a koi pond. The whole place looks very much the same.

Delsen’s Kosher Delicatessen’s in downtown Bay Shore has closed. It was, for some time, the only kosher deli in southern Suffolk County and, in summertime, used to deliver to the Fire Island ferries.

T.J. Finley's in Bay Shore hosts a bourbon, beer and barbecue festival on Saturday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The Aug. 24 event will feature more than 30 whiskies and an equal number of craft beers, including barrel-aged beers, cask beers and releases from local breweries. There also will be a class on whiskey and a creating-cocktails session.

Tullulah’s in Bay Shore, which has been closed for nine months, reopens Thursday, Aug. 8, following a major makeover and growth spurt.
