Kyle Strong Romeo is the new executive chef at Stonewalls restaurant, situated at The Woods at Cherry Creek golf course in Riverhead.
He succeeds Guy Peuch, who established the restaurant a decade ago. Peuch (shown above in the Stonewalls dining room), a veteran French chef who also starred at the former Inn on the Harbor in Cold Spring Harbor, has retired.

The place is now called West East All Natural Bar & Bistro and has a new executive chef — Jay Jadeja, who co-owns the place with Danny Wu.
