Library Cafe in Farmingdale: Oktoberfest dinner

The Library Cafe hoists a few more to Oktoberfest on Tuesday with a beer-fueled dinner.

The four-course meal is $35 per person plus tax and tip. It starts at 7 p.m. Reservations: recommended.

Dishes include German potato soup and potato pancakes, hot Bavarian pretzel with fondue, either jaeger schnitzel with red cabbage or wursts with sauerkraut, and apple strudel. The beverages take in Hofbrau Original, Lessing's Local Ale, Samuel Adams Octoberfest and Angry Orchard Cider.
