I woke up the other morning to a radio commercial extolling the glories of the new chopped Cobb salad at Panera Bread. Now, I've long been on a personal quest for a proper Cobb salad made with all the right ingredients: lettuce, avocado, bacon, a blue cheese (like Roquefort or Gorgonzola), chopped hard-cooked egg; so I decided that lunch would be at Panera's.
