Graceful Rose in Port Jefferson gets new chef

Graceful Rose, the Port Jefferson restaurant that owner Richard Morrison opened with lottery winnings, has a new executive chef: Massimo Fedozzi, most recently of Vero in Amityville.
Fedozzi replaces Vincent Michaels, who created the menu and oversaw the kitchen when the waterside restaurant opened last fall.
