Neighborhood watch starting in Brightwaters
A group of Brightwaters residents is organizing a neighborhood watch group and has scheduled an initial meeting for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29 at the Bay Shore-Brightwaters Public Library (1 South Country Rd.).
