NFL Power Rankings: Titans on the rise; Bengals, Stillers slip

After an 0-6 start and a switch to quarterback Vince Young, Titans running back Chris Johnson predicted the Titans would run the table and make the playoffs.
Sounded ridiculous at the time, right?
Well, four wins later, the Titans are nearly halfway there.
Not surprisingly, they make another big move in this week's NFL Power Rankings, moving up six spots.
