Frans Nielsen Injury Update
Islanders forward Frans Nielsen will undergo an arthroscopic procedure on his right knee Monday in New York. He is expected to be out 4-6 weeks.
Nielsen, who injured his knee during practice Tuesday, left training camp in Saskatoon and flew to New York, where he was evaluated Thursday.
