Radek Martinek done for the year

Islanders defenseman Radek Martinek is done for the year with a torn ACL in his right knee. Martinek suffered the injury during the third period of last night's game when he got hit hard along the boards and lay on the ice for several minutes afterward. Tough break for the Islanders, who lose one of their top defenseman, and for Martinek, who battled injuries last year as well.
