Brooklyn Battery Tunnel reopens post-Sandy
WOODBURY - As of 6 a.m., both tubes of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel are reopen.
Cars will be able to get through in both directions for the first time since Sandy struck. However, trucks are still off limits.
Gov. Cuomo says some off-peak closures may be necessary to continue making repairs.
