MILWAUKEE (AP) — RedPrairie Holding Inc., a business software provider, said Thursday it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering.
The number of shares to be offered by the company has not yet been determined. Current stockholders will sell some shares, too. The underwriters will have an option to buy additional shares.
