EEOC sues Target for disability discrimination
SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a discrimination lawsuit against Target Stores Inc., alleging the retailer failed to make reasonable accommodations for a California employee with cerebral palsy.
