Fisker to build hybrid cars at idled Del. GM plant

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Luxury automaker Fisker Automotive is buying a shuttered General Motors assembly plant in Delaware to produce plug-in hybrid electric cars, officials said Tuesday.
