Oceanside Institutional Industries Inc. is considering laying off 105 workers and possibly closing its Freeport plant, according to a state filing.
The Oceanside-based commercial laundry service company did not return several calls for comment but stated in the filing that its reason for the potential cuts is "economic." The job cuts are expected to begin May 3, according to the Feb. 6 filing...
