Certpoint Systems of Roslyn Heights to be bought by Infor
Certpoint Systems Inc., a Roslyn Heights business software developer, has agreed to be acquired by Infor, a larger competitor based in Manhattan.
Certpoint, founded in 1996, has about 100 employees, including 50 on Long Island. It publishes software in 30 languages, used by 1,300 businesses in more than 80 countries.
