Estee Lauder seeks to replace retiring finance exec

The Estee Lauder Cos. Inc., which has research, manufacturing and financial offices in Melville, said Monday that Richard Kunes, its chief financial officer, has decided to retire after 25 years with the cosmetics company -- and it's looking for someone to replace him. The company said it is looking at internal and external candidates for the job.
