Executives named to boards

Neal Schwartz, of East Rockaway and East Hampton, has been named to the board of directors of Roslyn-based Child Abuse Prevention Services (CAPS), a not-for-profit organization that advances the prevention of bullying, child abuse and neglect on Long Island.
