Hain Celestial CFO to retire
Hain Celestial, a maker of organic food and other products based in Melville, announced Wednesday that its chief financial officer will be retiring.
Ira Lamel has served as Hain Celestial's chief financial officer for more than 11 years. Before joining Hain Celestial, Lamel was an audit partner for Ernst & Young, where he worked for 28 years. He is 65 years old.
