Nassau County Museum of Art has named Robert A. Isaksen, Long Island president, Bank of America, as the honoree for its 2012 Museum Ball. The event, themed Alive with Color, will be at 7 p.m.  Friday, June 22 at Oheka Castle in Huntington. It is the museum's major annual fundraiser.

Isaksen is also senior credit products manager for BOA’s health-care and Institutions group for the Northeast and Atlantic markets.

Before the BOA merger with Fleet Bank, Isaksen was senior team leader for Fleet’s Metro New York health-care and Institutions group, and held other line and credit positions with NatWest.

Isaksen’s commitments in the Long Island business and philanthropic communities include service as a board member of the Long Island Association, United Way, Cold Spring Harbor Labs Corporate Advisory Board, Nassau County Business Advisory Council and Stony Brook Children’s Hospital Corporate Advisory Board. A graduate of SUNY-Oneonta and Pace University’s Lubin Graduate School of Business, Isaksen lives in Setauket with his wife and three children.

Tickets to the 2012 Museum Ball are $1,000 per person at the Patron level, $500 per person at the Friend level and $400 per person at the Junior level (ages 40 and under). All but $200 of each ticket price is tax deductible.
