CVD Equipment Corp., of Ronkonkoma, said it has been invited to make presentations at three investor conferences in New York City this month.

Leonard Rosenbaum, chief executive of CVD, said in a news release,  “These conferences will provide CVD Equipment Corporation a forum to further educate the investment community regarding our 'Sustainable Growth with Low Risk' business strategy."

CVD's shares are trading at all-time high levels, reaching a high of $19.40 this week compared to a yearly low of $6.75 in January.

The company's prospects were improved with this summer's announcement that it had  an operational partnership, with Graphene Laboratories, a Massachusetts company that specializes in building nano-scale electronics using graphene -- a form of highly conductive carbon.

In partnership with CVD, Graphene Laboratories in August moved to Stony Brook University's business incubator in Calverton.

The conferences are the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference on Sept. 12, ThinkEquity’s 8th Annual Growth Conference on Sept. 13, and Ardour Capital's 9th Annual Energy Technology Conference on Sept. 15.
