3 LI organizations receive grants for energy research

Three Long Island organizations received nearly $900,000 total in grants from New York State for their efforts in researching and developing of energy efficient technologies for buildings, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announced Wednesday.

Startup Day Across America on LI this week

Thursday will be the first National Startup Day Across America, an effort by Congress to better connect with the startup and entrepreneurial community in their local districts.
