Businesses, homeowners and renters with questions about insurance claims after superstorm Sandy can get help Thursday in Oyster Bay Village from the N.Y. State Department of Financial Services, which regulates insurers.

Department representatives will be at Norwich Library, 89 E. Main St., from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They can be found in a mobile command center, but also can be reached by calling 800-339-1759.
