Taxpayers, including more than 900 on Long Island, are due to receive $123.5 million in refund checks that were returned because of bad mailing addresses.

"We are eager to get this money into the hands of taxpayers, so don't delay if you think you are missing a refund," IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman said...
