Kimco says it's replacing CEO

Milton Cooper, a cofounder and longtime head of Kimco Realty Corp., based in New Hyde Park, is being replaced as chief executive, the company said.

David Henry, the president of the real estate investment trust since December, has been appointed chief executive as of Dec. 31.

Cooper will continue to serve as executive chairman of the board of directors and lead the four-member office...
