Christopher E. Kent has been elected to the board of the YMCA of Long Island. The Quogue resident is partner in the land use, municipal and zoning practice group at Farrell Fritz, working out of the law firm's Hauppauge and Bridgehampton offices.

Dr. Michael Ammazzalorso has been appointed to the New York State Council on Graduate Medical Education. The Glen Cove resident is chief medical officer at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola.

David N. Saponara has joined the bankruptcy department of Thaler Gertler in East Meadow as a summer associate. The Richmond Hill resident has completed his second year at St. John's University School of Law.

SALES

Matthew Sullivan has joined Delta Computer Group in Farmingdale as a sales account executive. The West Islip resident previously was a sales account executive with the Ricoh company in Westbury and Melville.
