Emilio C. Sosa has been hired as director of advanced transportation systems and technology at Greenman-Pedersen Inc., an engineering and construction services firm in Babylon. He was acting regional traffic engineer at the New York State Department of Transportation, Region 10 in Hauppauge.

Jenny Lund of Port Jefferson has been promoted to senior engineer at P.W. Grosser Consulting Inc. in Bohemia. She was project engineer.

Jason R. Graf of Bellmore has been promoted to vice president of Gayron de Bruin Land Surveying and Engineering in Bethpage. He was project manager.

ARCHITECTURE

Spyridon Bazigos of New Hyde Park has joined H2M architects + engineers in Manhattan as senior architect. He was director of capital planning and development at Hersha Hospitality in Manhattan.

Dr. Sima Doshi of Bayville has returned to Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island, in Garden City. She previously worked in OCLI’s Rockville Centre office from 2001 to 2005, specializing in cornea, external eye disease and comprehensive ophthalmology.

Kids Run Long Island, in Sayville, a nonprofit dedicated to fitness programs for schoolchildren, has made board of directors appointments.

Kiersten Bartolotta of Sayville has been appointed executive director. She is a former prosecutor and owner of Walk To Run Fitness in Sayville.

Lesli P. Hiller of New Hyde Park has been appointed to the board. She is a principal law secretary to an acting Supreme Court justice in Mineola.

Jennifer Cullen of Baldwin has been appointed to the board. She was formerly an assistant district attorney in Hempstead and is an educator for Parents for Megan’s Law.

Heidi Feyler of Sayville has been appointed to the board. She is a self-employed real estate attorney in Sayville.

Natasha Edwards of Copiague has been hired as the Long Island/Queens NAMI walks manager at NAMI Queens/Nassau in Lake Success. She was director of development at Cenacle Sisters in Ronkonkoma.

Michael Serao of Hewlett Harbor has been hired as director of community development at The LGBT Network in Woodbury. He was regional vice president of Quontic Bank in Astoria.
