ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Maryland's governor says a biopharmaceutical company is building a bioprocessing center in east Baltimore.

Emergent BioSolutions Inc., which manufactures vaccines, is expected to create 125 jobs in five years after it completes a 60,000-square-foot bioprocessing center.
