MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Fred Sharf is a lifetime collector of all kinds of things. He estimates that he owns thousands of design drawings and he wants them to be viewed as art.
"I think that what is gradually beginning to happen is that art museums are saying to themselves this kind of material is artistic," he says.
