How Kelly Ripa enjoys her Southampton estate

She may own some pretty pricey real estate in Southampton, but according to the latest issue of Hamptons magazine Kelly Ripa likes to spend her downtime doing some of the things many Long Islanders like to do in the summertime.

"I love to watch my husband and friends play bocce in the backyard," says Ripa, speaking of spouse, actor Mark Consuelos. "We all sit around and the kids swim in the pool. Occasionally, I'll say, 'Have the men been playing for 16 hours?' They've taken to writing their scores on the garage wall."

Ripa and Consuelos moved to Southampton three years ago. Public records show they bought the Southampton Hills Court property for $2.35 million.

When Ripa is in the Hamptons, she says she likes to take her three children to Atlantis Aquarium, local carnivals and the beach -- although there's one pretty unique family pastime she describes in the interview, which hits newsstands Friday.
