Pedals to be replaced in Lexus, Toyota recall

Toyota said Wednesday it would replace accelerator pedals on 3.8 million Lexus and Toyota vehicles in an effort to prevent more incidents of unintended acceleration that are believed caused by interference with floor mats and are blamed for at least five deaths.
