Patrick Foye, executive director of the New York and New Jersey Port Authority, will discuss his plans for the transportation agency this morning at an executive breakfast meeting of the Long Island Association, the Island's largest business group.

"Pat is a fellow Long Islander who understands our region and the needs of our business members," said LIA president and CEO Kevin Law.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. for the 8:30 a.m. program, to be held at the LIA's headquarters, 300 Broadhollow Rd. in Melville, on the lower level of the Bank of America building.
