PPD board declares 15 cent quarterly dividend

WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) — Drug development contractor PPD Inc. said Wednesday its board of directors declared a 15 cent quarterly dividend.

The dividend is payable Dec. 29 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 15.

In May, the company boosted the annual dividend rate 20 percent to 60 cents from 50 cents. The rate breaks down to 15 cents per share quarterly.
