This represents the latest addition to the growing restaurant and retail scene in Downtown Bothell. Amaro Bistro is the second restaurant location for Nick Wiltz, the owner and proprietor of Il Bistro, the iconic Italian restaurant tucked away in Seattle’s Pike Place Market.
“As a current Bothell resident, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in our new downtown. We are in the beginning design stages of an exciting new restaurant that will use farm fresh ingredients, exactly prepared and presented, in a classy and comfortable dining space,” stated Mr. Wiltz.
The 3,400+ square foot restaurant location for Amaro Bistro in Six Oaks will specialize in traditional and modern Italian cuisine. The restaurant will feature an open demonstration type kitchen, large bar area with inside seating and extensive natural light as well as outside seating along the newly constructed Bothell Way promenade street. The design of the restaurant is slated to use extensive natural materials with soaring ceilings and a grand corner entrance.
