President of Avitus Payroll Services and Avitus Business Services, Ken Balster, and President of Avitus Inc., Don Reile, made a significant announcement at the company's annual fall conference in October 2015. The presidents awarded two employees (each) with an all-inclusive trip to anywhere in the world as part of the Avitus Group 2015 employee referral competition. The 2015 award recipients are Avitus Group Member Account Manager, Sarah Staus and Avitus Group Human Resource & Risk Management Consultant Anita Manzo. Manzo won her trip for referring the most dollars and Staus won hers in a random drawing from among 50+ referrals submitted by employees. Manzo is a repeat winner in the same category, and took her referral competition trip to Cancun last year with her two children.

In addition to awarding two employees (each) with an all-inclusive trip to anywhere in the world, the trip comes with additional PTO days, so employees do not need to dip into their accrued vacation hours. The Avitus Group Referral Program pays out up to $4,000 per each referral (employee & non-employee referrals).
