His expertise in executing highly successful growth-driving corporate strategies will vastly assist the Company as it develops strategic alliances and partnerships for a new entity and product. While there he transformed a failed holding company enterprise (Omni Reliant Holdings, Inc.) into a successful international consumer product company, marketing brands and selling products directly to the consumer. He the led the acquisition/merger of As Seen On TV with major flagship brands such as, Ronco (http://www.ronco.com, eDiets (http://www.eDiets.com), and Dual Saw (http://www.dualtools.com). Today, he joined forces with Livemercial where he can utilize his extensive background to catapult an original home automation product to new heights.
