Experienced sales and marketing executive brings wide-ranging experience from talent assessment sector to growing Phoenix-based company.

PHOENIX (PRWEB) October 14, 2015

In response to strong worldwide demand for its instinctive strengths assessments, teambuilding solutions and business development services, Kolbe Corp recently named business consultant Eric Herrera as director of sales for the Phoenix-based organization. After several years as marketing director for another assessment organization, Herrera transitioned to an independent consulting role, where he focused on helping numerous clients to increase productivity, streamline existing processes, and maximize revenue.

During his career, Herrera has also trained thousands of sales professionals in numerous industries and recently developed a six-month leadership training program for business clients.

While working with a large consumer electronics company, Herrera implemented a sales and leadership development program that helped the company to increase top-line revenue by $31 million.

“We’re very excited to have a sales professional with Eric’s leadership background joining our team,” said David Kolbe, CEO of Kolbe Corp. “His experience as trainer, consultant, and marketing director in an industry that complements our own makes him a valuable resource for our clients, our internal sales team and our worldwide network of Kolbe CertifiedTM Consultants. We look forward to having Eric help us provide Kolbe assessments and teambuilding solutions to people in more countries and in more languages in the years ahead.”

Herrera has earned several professional certifications and achieved his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Indiana Institute of Technology.
