Nag Chandrasekhar - Board Advisor
Nag is a known thought leader in the learning and talent management community. As the head of learning product strategy at Saba, Nag was responsible for spear–heading the development and adoption of the Saba Cloud platform, which now services hundreds of large enterprise customers and millions of end users. At Digital Cues Nag advises on the latest learning, content, and talent technologies.
Randolph Barr – Board Advisor

Sanjay Parmar - Board Advisor
Sanjay has been responsible for some of the most important innovations in the enterprise learning and talent management arenas. As the head of platform strategy at Saba, Sanjay was responsible for meeting the technology needs of some of the world’s largest, most complex, and diverse organizations. At Digital Cues Sanjay advises on the latest learning, content, and talent technologies as well as the latest advances in software development and methodologies.

Gaurav Mehra – Co-Founder
Gaurav was a co-founder at Saba Software Inc. where he held various executive positions including product development, product strategy, professional services, and customer support. He has helped to roll out Saba to some the largest organizations in the world and holds patents on a number of technologies developed at Saba.
Peter Andrachuk - VP, Customer Success
Peter brings to Digital Cues an intense passion for promoting true customer success through a focus on organizational transformation. He has led many highly successful global roll-outs of talent solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
Param Lalia - Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Co-Founder
