World-Class Customer Service in US Market – Robert Lawrence to Head Up Strategic Account Management

EQHO Globalization Pte Ltd today announced that Robert Lawrence, will be joining EQHO as Program Manager. The newly created position will combine solutions and strategy deployment along with account management functions to support large-scale, complex localization engagements with strategic and tactical expertise.
Robert Lawrence joins EQHO after bringing three years of content governance and customer experience management working for companies like SDL plc and RR Donnelley. “EQHO Globalization’s position as an industry leader is strengthening year on year. Accurate and timely delivery of corporate communication is key to enhancing customer experience and competitiveness,” says Lawrence.
EQHO has just delivered a strong third quarter with a 49% jump in revenue over the same period in 2014. COO Yvan Hennecart stated, “Rob’s appointment underlines our commitment to our customers in the US and Europe. It represents a natural next step in our expansion to establish a presence in the US.” He added, “The position will be located in Denver, Colorado, and will help to accelerate the delivery of our World-Class Customer Service (WCCS) strategy, which is at the heart of everything we do at EQHO.”
In 2015, EQHO won strategic clients in the US within the gaming and elearning verticals.
