With the help of i95Dev’s experience in integrating these systems, ALPCO was enabled to better manage their B2B customers across their eCommerce and ERP platforms.

To help ALPCO achieve their goals, i95Dev streamlined their business processes by integrating their Magento eCommerce store with Dynamics GP ERP system, as well as identified a number of customizations that allowed them to better manage and serve their B2B customers, such as supporting child logins. ALPCO needed to allow several users to log into the system from each company they served. Magento does not allow this by default, but i95Dev was able to implement a customization to ensure it was possible. This allowed multiple users from a single company to maintain their own log-ins and place orders, automatically syncing them in the GP software.
Some of the other customizations implemented included capturing end user details and order comments, supporting split orders, partial fulfillment and invoicing, price levels and tier price syncing, product synchronization and more. They also made sure this new system integrated seamlessly with the company’s existing SalesPad software and its workflow. ALPCO is now able to effectively manage all three elements, including the ability to process payments for orders placed in Magento through SalesPad.
